According to a media report, the second-generation Hyundai Grand i10 is likely to be launched in India on August 20, 2019.
Spy images suggest that the new Grand i10 is likely to get changes to the exterior as well as interior. It is likely get a new cascade grille with triangular fog lamp pods on either side, sweptback headlamps and revised tail lights.
On the inside, the car is expected to get an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Blue Link connected car features, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, a twin-dial instrument cluster with a central MID and a 3-spoke multi-function steering wheel and automatic climate control among other features.
The new Grand i10 will reportedly be powered by BS-VI compliant 1.2-litre petrol and diesel engines. Both engines are expected to be offered with a 5-speed manual gearbox. An automated manual transmission (AMT) could be available as an option with the petrol engine.
