The Jeep Compass facelift is expected to be revealed during a digital press conference on June 4, 2020.
In April 2020, images of the car had leaked online. The SUV is expected to get new headlights and a revised grille and front bumper. At the rear, it could get a new bumper and reworked LED tail lights. On the inside, it could get a new infotainment system.
At present, the Indian-spec Compass is offered with a 2.0-litre diesel unit which makes 171 BHP and 350 Nm and a 1.4-litre petrol engine that produces 161 BHP and 250 Nm. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual, 7-speed dual-clutch automatic and a 9-speed automatic gearbox.
The Compass facelift is scheduled to be launched in India in 2021.
